Automated Orthodontics is a passionate team that makes modern technology while looking to the future. Sometimes passion turns into fanaticism.
Our story began in 2018 when we realized that digital technology in orthodontics was rapidly taking over the global market.
At the same time, 75% of all orthodontists in the world prefer working with braces despite having to work manually.
This dissonance led us to the idea – if we don’t make braces orthodontics digital, someone else will.
We made the 3 most important discoveries:
- The first is that digital orthodontics on braces is only possible if a universal bending robot is developed.
- The second is that the brace itself must have certain universal properties, whereby it can be handled in both analog and digital modes.
- And third, we must create an expert system in which automation, software and artificial intelligence will combine all the accumulated knowledge in the field of orthodontics and create completely new opportunities.
During the last 6 years we have been intensively developing.
A group of professional engineers, programmers, orthodontists with extensive clinical experience and scientific background have devoted their professional lives to the development and have conducted a huge number of laboratory and clinical trials.
Today, our company, Automated Orthodontics.
Owns a unique bending robot which
- bends wire that retains its elasticity;
- makes bends of any order, including complex bends and loops;
- fully automatic auto-calibration,
- is automatically programmed for the wire elasticity that is used;
- has a digital twin so that developers can see and control its operation remotely.
Our company has also developed a unique digital brace with a vertical and horizontal slot that allows for the
- to correctly work the torque and angulation of the brace.
- accurately scan the shape of the brace
- transfer the braces and tooth position data to the program.
- work both digitally and in the familiar, analog method.
Today, our program intelligence allows us
- work with any braces, of any manufacturer, with prescribed bargaining and angulation being irrelevant.
- plan wire shape and load
- plan a different pitch for a different group of teeth in the same set-up.
And in the very near future, we will create a fully automated expert system allowing to plan both treatment and wire without an operator or with his minimal intervention.
Precise control of the position of the bracket and tooth, as well as competent program interpolation taking into account the biomechanics of movement, will further accelerate orthodontic treatment.
It didn’t take us long to think about our mission, because the main founders of our project are orthodontists with vast experience and understanding of the shortcomings of the methods used.

A partner is a businessman for whom money is the lifeblood of his economy, funds as an important condition for further development, in our project partners are those who move towards the goal together with us. We divide our product into parts, and we are always involved with the end customer, on our side we always leave machine maintenance, software updates, orthodontic wire shape planning and creating code and commands for the bending machine.

What needs are we covering?
1. Orthodontist qualifications - our method does not require the orthodontist to have any additional specialized knowledge needed to operate an orthodontic instrument, it's very simple today.
2. Quality of treatment - our method is based on high accuracy and predictability of treatment, all work is realized through digital technology. It is important that our design is non-removable, unlike eliners, which also significantly improves the control of the treatment result.
